Shipping policy

I (Matthew's Mommy Makes or referred to as MMM) am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. MMM ships everything with tracking information and insured unless you request your stickers to be shipped with standard postage. 
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you need to contact the company who delivered it. If they require information from me, please contact me and I am happy to assist how I can. 
Remakes of lost, stolen, or damaged packages will be handled on a case by case basis.
